Nobu

Me and Miriam cooked (Black) Cod with Miso from Nobu's recipe tonight.
NOBU is one of the posh Japanese restaurant in London, I've never been there.
We went to Sainsbury's but they didn't have black cod. So we got normal cod and marinated in the Nobu's special miso mix. You suppose to leave it for 24hrs, but instead we left it for 24 mins.

Cod with oyster mushrooms, green beans with soy sauce, mirin, black sesame dressing, rice and miso soup!
Orange for dessert, Gross.
it was so tasty that we licked all the bits off the plate.
